As Director of Development for The ECE Foundation, Carly Welch leads strategic partnerships, fundraising strategy, and engagement initiatives that advance the Foundation’s mission and strengthen its presence in communities across the country. She works closely with board members, corporate partners, and nonprofit organizations to expand access to music and create meaningful opportunities for children and communities.

Carly plays a key role in building the Foundation’s philanthropic infrastructure, guiding donor stewardship, corporate engagement, and long-term growth strategy. From cultivating founding partners to shaping the Foundation’s brand and community impact, she is deeply committed to ensuring that talent, wherever it exists, has access to opportunity.
